Comfort Zone is given a cooldown when changing class to Alchemist

Steps to reproduce:
1. Move to an area that isn't a city.
2. Change your class to something that isn't Alchemist.
3. Change your class back to Alchemist.
4. Notice that Comfort Zone is put on what seems to be a 30 second cooldown.

This doesn't seem to happen every time.
