    Having the same problem as well. NPC is in Coerthas Central Highlands, approx. (24,28). Have had the issue for two consecutive days.

    NPCs seem to breaking for everyone! Francel has been busted for five days now on the Ultros server, preventing everyone from advancing the main story line.

    Sounds like SE owes us more free game time.
