    Class/Level: 50 Paladin
    Party or solo: solo
    In-game time: 2 pm
    Area and coordinates: Central Coerthas Highlands (24,25)
    Steps: For the quest "The Final Flight of the Enterprise", Francel does not respond to anything. Bugged NPC.


    1 week of not being able to do anything regarding this NPC. Everyone I know that has to interact with this NPC is stuck. Must of them are already paying the monthly fee, and some paid for 90 and 180 days...
