DPS looking for raiding team for 3.0.

My toon's name is Agent Colson. I originally came from Mateus server, but came to this server with alot of my FC mates.
I'm looking for a serious team for the expansion, and I don't want to transfer off Hyperion.
I've had 20+ kills of t13 and I have gotton savage t6 complete. Sitting at best in slot for DRG, my current main.
I'm thinking of switching to machinist for the expansion, though I wouldn't be opposed to staying as a DRG if you need a melee.
I can raid any day, though I'm looking for a team that will raid at least 5 days a week, and raids 8 pm central or later.
The raid should be at least 3 hours long, and any amount of time longer is fine.
Voice chat is a must for all.
I'm looking for a team that will be working on all raid content the second they make it available.

Since you plan on going Machinist for the expansion, I would considered that as a replacement for BRD.
