/tell Titania Basilikos for an invite to one of two Behemoth+Odin tracker LSes.
Behemoth's Bane: for people who just want notifications of spawns. Strictly no chatter.
Odin's Omen: for people who don't mind chatter and/or lfm requests in addition to spawn notifications.

All times are approximate. It appears that Behemoth's spawn timer is reset after each server maintenance but Odin's is not. The window for both of them is 36-72 hours since last spawn. The weather in Gridania does NOT change when Odin has spawned. You get 5 tokens for earning Gold and 1 token for earning Silver on these FATEs. For Odin, you still get 1 mantle if you earn Gold, even if the FATE fails.

Do we know for sure that it's a 24 hour wait before his spawn window, and is there any estimates from other servers on what his spawn window is?

It's 48 hours at least from the previous spawn. Once the spawn window opens, it can spawn anytime within the next 24 hours.
