Summoning chocobo while in duty finder queue suggestions

Could we please be able to battle with the chocobo while waiting in the queue?
Could keep as a requirement that you need to unsummon it before you accept.

And please, if you are already in a queue and use a Gysahl Green, get a prompt asking if you really want to leave the queue. Currently you just lose your position with just a small warning.

Chocobos are meant for soloing afaik, and you usually only solo when questing or when waiting for a dungeon/party to come. I would really like to use my chocobo more, but I just dont have enough time as I can only summon him if Im not waiting to get in a dungeon or if Im not in a party. Meaning that the only thing I used them for so far was to get some hunting log done and to deal extra damage on low population fates (like those in isle la lumbra, etc)

I second the matter.
I might add when having the Chocobo heal, if it could stand further away from you, so as to be able to position it out of the mob aoe. Standing behind the tank is never a good spot. Could also be solved by creating a stay command but that might be more of a change then wanted.

Having a chocobo companion out shouldn't have any effect on a DF queue. Rather, chocobo should be auto-dismissed when you enter the dungeon.

This makes me think of how we can't talk to an NPC or enter a city while riding a chocobo. Okay, fine! Then auto-dismount me off the chococbo!! No one would object to that! It's not like you're going to see angry threads like "how dare u dismount me without consent, now i am on my feets! unsubscribing!!"

Coming from a guy that only lvl one Tank class to 50. I bet you never ever had to wait for Duty finder to pair you up.

Try a DPS class and see what the hell your going to do for the next 2 hours.. Most likely you will want to Fate Farm Solo... well helps when you have Chocobo companion. So don't be so quick to call this retarded Mr. Iggwiggy you just dont know Suffering the wait time on Duty Finder.

The development team would definitely like to make it possible to queue for the Duty Finder as well as make it possible to receive party invitations when your companion is out, and they are currently working towards implementing this.

However, the time and amount of work needed to implement this is high and there are other implementation plans in the works ahead of this, so we cannot promise that this will be implemented right away.

Will we ever be able to mount up with our companion out?

Would like to be able to mount my Coeurl while my Companion is out. Having to run from fate to fate on foot to conserve greens is bit of a inconvenience.

<.< "But the greens are butt cheap! Just buy stacks of the stuff!" Well, 3k something for a stack is a bit pricey for me since i'm not great at making money, so i ain't got hundreds of thousands of gil o.o;
