Can't Buy 2 more Months???

Hello I Buy the game and I love it. I had bought 1 month already. Then I thought I'll buy the other 2 months and make it 3. I have 3k crysta on my account to buy it but all it has is auto- renew. I turned on and off so i can buy the other 2 months and no go. I sent a ticket and the reply has nothing to do with what I am asking. Anyone know what I can do seeing there is no support number or live chat.

There are 30 day, 90 day, and 180 day options.

There is no 60 day option.

You have the NA version of the game?

Then you can't extend your subscription UNTIL your subscription ends.

and even if I just try to buy one month it only shows the auto-renew I can just buy the month

At the top of this page, click on The Lodestone image. From that page, there is a link to the Mog Station in the Help and Support menu. The Mog Station is where you manage all of your account stuff.

It's so weird that the system won't allow you to renew your game time with crysta until your current time is ended.

all you can do is make sure that your auto renewal is set to 60 days so you'll get 3 months veteran reward after your current 1 month period.

That's because it's a subscription, not prepaid like a time card. Crysta is just a currency.
