It has been 4 days. I'm a little disappointed in the in game response that I received from the customer support if this is how all future customer support interactions are going to transpire I'll prolly end up somewhere else.

Camate was online and responded to two threads an hour ago. How does this kind of completely game-breaking issue not warrant some kind of response? SE is making it really hard for me to have any sort of trust in them.
