It's often easier to bash North American people because it's dominated by only 3 countries (Canada, United-States and Mexico), the rest being what I used to callCentral America (due to school and cultural differences). Considering US and Canada are mostly English-speaking people (at least as far as official language goes), it's very easy to put everyone in the same bag. Try that with Europe where you can travel across a few countries within the same day and official languages may vary greatly from a country to the next (Latin-based to Greek-based for instance).

More so, but this is only a personal guess, I'd say the amount of youngsters/job-less players is higher for North Americans, because computer hardware and Internet is easily and cheaply available. Not that these players are to blame, or that maturity can be calculated by age for that matter, but it does create a rather unique player pool with a lot of extremes. I'd go as far to say that North American player pool is one of the largest that is culturally similar enough. Therefore, you get more good people, but also more bad ones.
