TELLS in DUNGEONS

Have anyone stop and think the reason why they don't allow /tell in Dungeon? I's to prevent harassment of another player.

And it doesn't work. People still get harassed, just openly now. Again, I've been in parties where people have been singled out by the majority of the party.

I have said this when Yoshida said it, and I will say it again. This is what a Blacklist is for. Use it. Love it. Enjoy it.
