Honestly, the only thing I think SE needs to do is have you not get booted from the party when you log off or d/c. Anything besides that has potential to screw up party dynamics cause its so damn easy to change class. Also you should be able to log off when your fighting. No reason not to. These are the only 2 things I can think that would be safe to change in the current system. Correct me if I'm wrong though.
