Since I rely heavily on dungeon loot for gearing my drg, when I see something it can wear I hope to have a chance at getting it so I'm not running around in lv 20 ish pieces.
Well then shift your reliance a bit to buying the gear, thats what i would do. Or prepare to farm the same dungeon more often that you expect.
First observation is that is seems they've nerfed the boss drops in some dungeons from dropping greens to only having a slight chance at green drops.
You can observe a lot of things but usually the experience of one doesnt say anything about drop rates. As long SE doesnt officially say something you can consider it to be the same as before.
