Already on my blacklist yet they are still spamming me

Many times recently I have added a name to my blacklist (upon zoning into a city and getting hit with walls of spam) and I get the message that the name is already on my blacklist.

Some names I know I have blacklisted for a while but I still see their spam.

Please fix this, the spam is unbearable in some cities.

PS We're gonna need a bigger blacklist, even better would be the ability to blacklist them from the menu when you click on their name, I know they have said they are against it because people might accidentally blacklist someone instead of sending a message or inviting them to group but honestly there are so many confirmations to add a name to the blacklist could anyone really make that mistake instead of the other options?

Make sure that if the first letter of their name (first or last name) starts with an 'i', it'll look like a lower case 'l'. I've had cases where I black listed the wrong person because of this.

Just click their name and do a Send Tell. replace the "/tell" with "/blist add" and add "" around their name.

I've seen this happen a couple of times immediately upon zoning. It's almost like the blist itself lags behind a bit. I'll see a few messages, get the error they are already on my blist, and then the messages will stop shortly after.
