Jp server lag

Wondering if anyone else get lag on jp legacy especially during jp prime time?

It's not lag where everything is just delayed. It's that the game stops momentarily (s0 r0?) for a second or two and then catches up again when it starts receiving data again. Could this be connection or server side issue? Any means of improving it?

I seem to get this inside dungeons every now and then during prime time. not so much when I'm outside.

Lots of people on Balmung, a NA server complaining about it last week. I experienced it multiple times inside dungeons. I guess the servers were just under too much stress.

Matters get worse in dungeons, probably cos it's much more noticeable when you need to dodge stuff. Even worse in primal fights. Just stops me from trying Titan >.>

Noticed the Send becomes 0 when this happens. Nothing to do with the ping cos my ping is reasonably low.

This has been happening to me and several of my friends/others in party since yesterday and it still persists. I am on NA/EU Legacu server though, not JP.
