First off since i don't experience those problems you mentioned, how do you know its not your ISP? Any proof?I wont be subbing at least just yet and the few RL people I know wont either but knowing why would be very helpful to your support & dev team.
We are all experiencing the 90K freeze, disconnects since the last maint. period and nothing is being acknowledged beyond laying blame on our ISP (pst...it's not our ISP)
I digress, we LOVE the game and want to be sure bean counters know the game is loved but that support needs the love 1mil unique loggins at $7.99-$12.99/month demand.
With no exit survey, perception is left to it's own devices and nothing is ever gleaned of any significant help.
But I agree an "exit survey" maybe a nice idea.
