Dungeon/Party administrative functions

There should be an option to allow party leave to kick and vote kick inside an instance. Since harassment issues do exist in this game from may be immature players which spoiled the enjoyment of the game.

Also, the 15 mins restriction upon leaving the dungeon from the duty finder tab should be removed as I see no justifiable reason for it to exist.

If there was no cooldown, people would just leave. 15 minutes is a long time to most people with A.D.D.

But the 15 minutes cooldown is not a disincentive for people leaving on a whim. If they want to leave, nothing will stop them.

However, if the 15 mins cooldown was indeed a function to act as a disincentive, at least reduce the timer to may be, say... 8 minutes. Because on my server, we have a lacking number of tanks. It is quite detrimental if I cannot re-join with my friends because of that cooldown casued by misbehaving people previously.

Good thread! Well discussed on the arbitrary leave. +1

However, what happened with me today was that our group was not able to kick the disruptive player due to the lack of "kick" option, and, due to the lack of "vote kick" function as the disruptive player was the group leader. Thus, leading all 3 of us leaving and receive the 15 minutes penalty since that ****er refuse to leave. But then again, even if he had left, we would not be allow to swap in another player as there is a lack of this function as well!!!
