    /cast [nomod] Healing Wave

    Currently. Does FFXIV allow or have any similar macro?

    Nope. In FFXIV, you will need to set those skills/macro's to the hotbar seperately and then assign a keybind to them.

    For example:
    hotbar 4, slot 1 : shift+1
    Hotbar 5, slot 1 : ctrl+shift+1
