Really? Well these unspoiled harvesting spots seem an awful lot like it to me.... They only pop at certain times of the day Then if you don't get there quick enough you don't have a chance to try and harvest them. Then even if you do get there you have little chance of getting anything from the spot at all.... Just my little rant...

They used to have NM's in 1.0 so I don't see why they wouldn't be added... I think NM's at the moment sort of exist as the FATE boss fights which is a little lame

I, too, hope to see NMs make their way in. Along with other more "hardcore" content that fail to the wayside in favor of developing for more casual players.

There are a few NMs in game still. I couldn't name any but there is a Goobbue in Wineport/Costa del Sol area and a Stag in one of the shrouds. I'm sure there are more.
They really don't do anything other than have different name / sizes.

All (or nearly all) of the named "NMs" from before + new ones are part of FATEs or in dungeons.. see Behemoth, Odin, etc..

Obviously no one is actually reading my post.. This is not wanting NM's or asking if they exist in another form in the game. It is me being sarcastic about something else altogether....

Omg this is tragically hilarious. Everyone is reading the title and not the actual post, and talking about crap that has nothing to do with the actual post. I swear I don't remember FFXIV's forums being so bad before 2.0.

Anyway I'm not high enough level for unspoiled nodes yet myself, but they do sound obnoxious. Seems like they're adding back in all the problems that were supposed to be solved by taking old-style NMs out. They should probably change it.
