Crafting And Get D/C = Lose Mats

I understand why this 'feature' is here, it's so people don't realize they're craft is going to fail then disconnect their internet and reconnect it.

But with your data centre and my provider in the shocking states they're in, this is proving to be a real issue for me.

Heaven forbid I lose my ilvl70 mats because Optus and SE servers go haywire.

This pissed me off last Saturday. I got 90k error a couple of times in the morning and I was crafting.
After losing materials several times since I was crafting, I avoided crafting anything expensive and I'm glad I did because those 90k errors didn't stop and I kept losing lots of ores and ingots.

It is an issue, but not with crafting or crafting mechanics. It's a connectivity issue. Losing mats when disconnecting is there to prevent you from pulling the plug so you can try several times to HQ with the same materials...

yes i was referring to the 90k issue.. i get it sometimes randomly... my partner is logged in at the same time and doesnt lose connectivity, so its not our internet going down... its just one of those things... hopefully it will get sorted out... that and the latency issues... but thats another story/thread

You made a rant about losing mats on a disconnect. That is not an issue, it's the way it should be, as other posters have already noted.

The actual issue is the myriad of connection issues people are still having with the game.

That's probably true though. But loosing mats due to server error... I really do not expect that...
