PS3: Entering Tam-Tara Deepcroft/Tam-Tara cutscenes completely FREEZE my PS3.

I sit in queue in the Duty Finder for Tam-Tara Deepcroft for upwards to an hour. When I find a group and hit "commence" my screen goes black with the loading icon in the bottom corner. Then the words "Light Party" come up. The screen returns to black and the loading icon in the corner freezes. At this point the system is unresponsive and the only thing I can do is physically press the off button.

One of the recent times this happened I was able to log back in to find that apparently I was still in the dungeon and my party of random people had actually gotten to just before the final boss. So I was happy that I was happy to be able to at least finish this instance for my story quest, but when I got up to the party and we walked in to fight the final boss, the "cutscene" icons appeared next to all their names and again the entire game froze.

I don't know if this is specifically Tam-Tara, if it's just Tam-Tara CUTSCENES or even if it's just cutscenes in general but it's REALLY annoying when I've waited so long in the duty finder and then have to wait just as long to log back on with the servers being so full.

Anyone having this problem/have a fix?

Okay, I just tried going through Satasha again and it worked no problem. Tried Tam-Tara and it froze right as I was entering the dungeon.

Do people check these forums? This game has been borderline unplayable for me for days now with server issues, then I finally have a chance to take advantage of "early access" and I can't progress in my story at all because this dungeon is un-runnable.

Just look at what's going on, there isn't going to be much help from the official support team before they get this sorted out. They'll probably wipe these forums soon anyways because 90% of the topics are people being pissed off about the server issues. And another problem is that a lot of people are sleeping right now.

And to address you're problem, yes a few people are getting freezes in multiple cut scenes but no one has figured out why yet.

yes same problem with me, logout:freeze, ive been searching, there is another 2 thread with mentioning the same issue
