Please add Vote Kick: Idlers in CM/Leeching

I'm a healer.. and I used to click "join in progress" incase .. stuff happens and people need help. Now, this is not an option anymore. Three runs in a row I've seen one person afk'ing at the start of the zone, hoping the other 9 will just run the instance and get them free currency.

Please give us a vote kick option to get rid of these people.

yeah , in progress for castrum means joining a dungeon where there is only 1 player afk , until timer runs out.

I honestly like the idea of a vote to kick, but I also don't think this community is quite mature enough for that. Say, 7 friends queue up using Duty Finder. They clear run, get final boss very very low. Then bam, vote to kick the pug. They get the reward, meanwhile someone who worked hard, gets nothing. It'll happen. This community hasn't shown much maturity at all since launch. Very very toxic and immature.

I'm against the vote kick.

When I see these people I just leave the group. 15 minutes debuff isn't much, and CM queue is quite short even for a DPS.

So then they should add in limitations to prevent that.

I think we do need the vote to kick option. Yes it will be abused by some people but that does not mean we should not have it. When a single dps acting like an idiot can ruin the group for everybody else its extremely annoying not to be able to kick them.

I'm against a vote kick for the same reasons stated above. If someone is leeching just report them. The SE GMs are good about taking out the trash on a consistent basis.

I'm the first one to admit that the afk guys have to be kicked, after all, it's not even aceptable to have someone leeching on everyone else hard work.
Now... on the other side... i agree that the community is not mature enough to use this option correctly. There will be unfair kicks. If one of the party member lags and take a hit, someone is bound to kick that guy.

Not a easy problem to solve, however, if there is a VOTE to kick, the problem may be solved if the votes needed correspond to the majority of the team members.

this. in a few games i have played, the party "leader" could mark someone to be kicked, and the other team members had to agree on it.

the vote had to have a majority for kick or nothing happened.

But I do agree, if you're pulling trash and one member is sitting at the start, then he's leeching and he needs to be removed, you shouldn't be clicking commence if you're going to go afk.
