If you turn the "easy&fastXP" into harderXP you might make people who like challange happy, but those who liked it the easy way not but if you change another content that not used a lot into (or make a new one) a "challange that give good xp" both will be happy.Question barrage, not necessarily to you only:
Do you think the majority of players are these lazy people?
Do you think SE would get a wider audience by catering to them?
Do you think it'd be healthy for the long-term commitment and the mentality of the community?
I'm asking this because I don't quite know the answer myself. I just would personally enjoy it more if there were actual challenges to overcome.
While I understand that quite a few would like this approach, I don't really like it. It wouldn't tackle the problem of gear/consumables irrelevance and thus indirectly the irrelevance of DoL/DoH. There needs to be a fair risk versus reward balance to not make one play style undermine the relevance of every other one. "Challenge for the sake of challenge" isn't a very good way to go IMO.

easy and fast xp not so much. if your like most people you have 1 50 and maybe 1 lvl40ish like i do. your grouping 95% of the population in with the 5% that really hardcore grind the fates. It took me roughly 20 hours to make my scholar lvl37. All this data that everyone is saying is not really that accurate imo. post says 35-45 in 4 hours. thats the biggest joke ive seen yet. it took me only fate grinding 10+ hours to make it that 10 levels. this is from my own personal experience leveling in coerthas at dragonhead. i know i leveled my pld from 45-50 off of fates and it took 1 1/2 hours for one level. and that was with grinding DD. do you really want to HAVE to grind 100+ hours for another lvl 50? most people dont. they want to get back to the point they were with their last lvl50 so that they can enjoy that part of the game. thats y most people make sub classes.
