Spam after being blocked

I blocked this character Rothemjj Happer for gold selling spam, but twice ive seen his spam in chat after blocking him, first time was about 10 min after I blocked him and the 2nd time was about and hour after i blocked him and I even relogged.
He is still on my blacklist tho. I dont know if this is some sort of hack or just a bug in the block system but it's there.

I think it's a bug that appears while the blacklist is being saved/loaded.

As said above - during the brief moment the spamlist is being loaded to add / check the list the spam filter doesn't work at all.

I have also had this happen to me on about 3 occasions. I would try to blacklist the person again but I was unable to as it said they were already on my blacklist. Meanwhile, my chat box continued to fill up with their filthy abhorrent RMT spam. I had to unblacklist the person and then blacklist them again. This usually works.

I still think this is the work of hackers. I wish the game developers would do something to combat this excessive amount of spam but I'm not holding my breath.
