How do people do it? I see people talking about having a 100% chance to HQ 2star things but when I tried, I couldn't even break 15%. I don't think I could put more than 20 more control into my gear and materia, and I was using HQ mats for everything that wasn't the 125 tome stuff. Is there any secret to this?
