Any plans of European servers?

Hey,

So I'm kind of enjoying this game... when it's playable. I'm from Sweden, playing on a EU marked server (which is basically just a label to enable better communities in regards to time zones on the server). When it comes to playing in general, anyone playing from europe and who's played any other MMO can clearly see that there is some general lag no matter what you do (go figure, server centers in Canada) - move out of red shit, still get hit from it 2 seconds after etc. etc.. Playing at peak hours it's unplayable and a joke, and at this point I'm mostly just farming Amdapor Keep, having nightmares about when I'm supposed to start doing hardmodes.

It's soon time to set up a subscription and I am having great doubts. At this point, the game is not anything you would pay monthly for.

Therefore I just have a simple question - are there ANY plans what so ever at setting up a server center in europe? Can't see much more enjoyment out of this game if not, so would appreciate any kind of answer.

Well said, Im having the same experience. I don't think I will set up a subscription if the lag aint gone by that time. But somehow I doubt its going to be. I've been putting raiding asside due to this prime time lag, It's well ridiculous.

I'd like to know too if there are even plans to put up servers in europe, it's just sad if there are not. You can't have high latency with this fast-paced battle system.

Not that I think I'll get a reply from any community representative - but hey I am bringing this thread up again in search for answers!

I completely agree with OP. Even watching people walk by is so laggy it makes the game look very poor. I place a support message over a week ago to see how they intend to address this lag/smoothness issue. As yet now reply. and its sub time soon

It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
