    free transfers because of server congestion that forced players onto foreign servers

    as title, i went to an eu server instead of a US server since they were all full.. is there any hope or answer for a free realm transfer for anyone during congestion?

    The announcement at TGS noted something about Special Measures available for a limited time... who knows what they will have in store.

    Looking to open up World Service early next month. Keep an eye on Lodestone and such for an announcement on it all

    yeah, i looked on lodestone and saw the whole transfers arent allowed yet so ill wait, but my server is trash. i came from 2900 wow teams professional lvl cs and top raid guilds and i cant find anyone even doing all the tricks to a rotation or maximized dps for things like procs and dot timings
