Quest Hubs, Dungeons, and Release?

If they do an 17b where they add npc's to tell me about it or only the quest hub places tell me about it but in june I can actually do it, i'll be happy

no dungeons in June then I quit XD, tbh no good dungeons i quit lol if i finish it in like a day and has no reply value, lames

You mean Like western MMO dungeons? I expect it, I hope they aren't, but I really do expect it.
