Like the rest that have posted here he is unresponsive. I had sent a message to the GMs in game and got an automate message in respond to put my information here. Nothing really can be added at this point. Same server, same NPC.

wait a week to finish a main storyline quest no thank you and if u wanna be more of a suck up go ahead but its a main storyline quest they force us into to get progression and its broken and needs to be fixed with a server restart asap its not the fact that its broken thats pissing people off its the fact that theres suck ups like you 0 response from SE at all

I don't see him sucking up at all.. Was just sharing his experience which is similar to all of ours. It's sad they can't be faster to fix it but I bet they have a lot going on in the company now. Keep in mind, this isn't an excuse it's just the reality of the situation. As boring as it is to not be able to progress our mains with the story quests and having to level alts & crafting, it most likely won't get fixed until maintenance.
