When I played XI I would get /tell spam fairly regularly (1-3 times a day if I was in a long-ish session), and when I reported them, the names were gone within minutes.

I report and /blist about 10 people a day in XIV, and between the clumsy /blist system and the time I spend copy/pasting the spam (on hopes that SE might use it to aid their filters), the time is really starting to add up. This is really out of control. Even the simplest filters could help to blunt the efforts... There is no legit reason for anyone to /shout 2 times in every 1 second. At very least we need a report/block function that is quickly accessible. If the concern is that people might use it mistakenly, give it a timer similar to the one that is there when you move to delete a character. Something. Anything.

I reported them in the Main Menu in-game.. System Settings -> Contact Us -> Report Cheating.. I reported 3 teleporting farming bots.. everyone should report as soon as they see them hoping that the ban hammer will be fast enough

Yesterday this bots farmed since the morning.. when I came back from work the same bots farming in the same exact spot..

I really believe that SE should ban this people in the same day.. there is no investigation needed.. you just see them teleport everywhere and kill all the mobs available in the zone

These are all hacked accounts and most of them are suspended within a 12 hour window.

Pretty much everyone who's been comprised and had their account locked down with no ETA on getting them back said it happened in a 5-10 hour window of them logging off and then coming back that many hours later to be suspended.

They are doing something about it, I'm just guessing the mass amount of people that are getting hacked leads it to a long queue line of locking people down. And once you're suspended the wait sucks, especially since there's no guarantee you'll get your account back.

I saw today the same bot that I saw 5 days ago in the same spot farming and teleporting.. I don't think they ban them fast enough

On Diabolos there has been the same bots for well over 2 weeks happily farming away. Nothing has been done to stop them or even reduce the number. Same with spambots. I see the same spammers sometimes 3 or 4 days in a row. On my blacklist, only roughly 10 or so names have turned into [deleted].
The system to report them is slow and cumbersome. The system to blacklist them is cumbersome. And then nothing is done anyway. It's a game of botters and spammers at this point in time.

If you read the forum you should know they are busy with it. However, the game is just up and catching up with these **** is hard enough as it is. Think you are right though. How can I farm karakul or gigantoad when some other idiot is grabbing all the mobs?

Worse than that, with some of the monsters (Like the Karakul), you better hope you're the only person leveling weaver and in need of Fleece at the time, because they didn't even add enough Sheep mobs to handle two people farming them at once, let alone having to contend with bots warping directly to them spawns.

Square made some needed items super scarce by lack of the supply monster that it's basically the perfect situation for botters to claim them and eat up the market.

We need an update from SE.. I'm not willing to play with all this bots.. I'm not sure not if I want to pay a subscription to play in this conditions.. it's just terrible to be always trying to steal a mob from the BOTS.. they teleport on top of the mobs so it's almost impossible to be faster

We need something SE.. all we want is to play in normal conditions.. just ban all the bots and send GM's to all servers to ban them as soon as they see them teleporting.. they are doing this all day long and everyone can see it
