Well, I can right away see that your rotation is a little bit off and let me tell you why. The only buff you should ever prebuff before a fight is "Quelling Strike", mainly because your opener if you do it correctly does generate a lot of enmity, so lowering that as much as possible is a good idea. Next skill you want to use after "Quelling Strike" is "Straight Shot", the reason for it is because you get a 10% crit buff for 20 seconds when you use it and that stacks well with what I will explain next. Then you start off with popping "Internal Release", the reason for this is that the main use of this skill is to implement it into your dots ("Windbite", "Venomous Strike") because off your trait (Passive skill that resets "Bloodletter" when 1 of your dots crit). So by using "Straight Shot", "Internal Release", you suddenly have 30% more crit on your dots, which increases the chance for your dots to crit so that you hopefully get a lot of "Bloodletters" going.
