    Steps:
    1. Inspect available relic upgrades at the forge while possessing a relic in inventory.
    2. Awarded an upgraded relic (the Bravura I had on me was upgraded) without confirming any dialogue or selecting the option.
    3. Waste 900 mythology on an upgraded relic not wanted.
    4. Be unable to upgrade the relic intended to be upgraded.

    This cost me 900 mythology (3 weeks of work) and I've been unable to get a GM to assist me with the problem despite submitting two tickets, the first of which told me to submit a bug report, the second was simply closed without a reply (resulting in the delay between occurrence and reporting). The cost of receiving the incorrect relic at this stage of the game greatly reduces my ability to progress. It also inhibits my character in a variety of ways due to a system error that I had no control over. Having just paid for my subscription I'm extremely disappointed this can even happen, let alone that a GM would simply ignore the issue not just once, but twice, not even bothering to dignify by ticket with a response the second time. I'm disappointed both as a customer and as a long time player (played since 1.0). I hope the issue is resolved as this affects my personal game play and my enjoyment of the game significantly.

    Received a response saying,

The specific forum to submit in is the In-Game Bugs forum. I hope that we can take your report and try to resolve these concerns as quickly as possible. Thank you again for taking the time to report this to us.

    So I guess I'm just waiting on someone to review the bug report on this forum? Sort of starting to feel like I'm being given the run around but a response is nice although it doesn't resolve the issue nor does it address the problem directly.
