Teleport causing game to crash

Hello everyone I'm having a more than slightly annoying issue happening from time to time while playing FFXIV: ARR. If I am in a highly populated area such as Camp Dragonhead or Camp Revenant's toll and I use the Teleport function the game will crash. The crash does not happen until the Teleport timer counts down to zero. Keep in mind this does not happen all the time, but I can always tell when it's about to crash. After selecting my teleport destination, (it doesn't matter where I select), and the the count down timer starts, my frame rate drops to about one frame per second. The frame rate is so bad it looks like I'm watching a slide show. After the timer reaches zero I get the error shown in the screen shot below:



Also just a note, other than these random teleport crashes, I have zero problems with this game. It runs at a high framerate with fun gameplay! Has anyone else run into this problem before? Is there a solution or at least a recommendation of what can be done to fix this issue? When relaunching the game and log back in, I am at my teleport destination which is fine and dandy except for the game crashing. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
