    I can't wait till that guy gets banned for violating the NDA and yes since he posted it during the NDA so he can be banned for it.

    What do you believe violated the NDA that could get him banned? They have stated before that the only thing under the NDA is actual game play. Which for the record could only be in screenshots that were non consecutive. That was the log on screen/menus and the trailer release months before that were all edited and had additional sounds/music thrown on top. This falls supremely under "fair use". Stop being such a stick in the mud and laugh a little, because he definitely ain't getting banned. I tip my my hat to you, King Fuddyduddy, and bow out gracefully.
