I had two tickets open that had been closed by whomever reviewed them. Both of them had final instructions to contact SE with more information, but neither one indicated how to do that. In fact, the support system even says that it is waiting for my response to the ticket, but the tickets are closed and there is no option to respond.

I have spent nearly 1.5 hours on hold with SE phone support and I haven't found an option for live chat.

Can anyone from SE tell me how I can get in contact with, or respond to my tickets?
