Depends on what attribute you want to boost. Different foods boosts different stats and they all increase XP by 3%.
Judging by your avatar, your main's a summoner so you'd want food that increases determination, crit, vitality, spell speed, piety, etc.
Edit: Also, the amount boosted is a percentage based on your current stats and they have a cap (indicated on the food tooltip). So, you need to take that into account and eat food designed for your level.

Hello Kira~
Since you're around the lv37 mark, I am going to suggest: Apple Juice, or Pastry fish.
Like Kyronex before me stated that the optimum food for you will be based on which stats you'd like to boost, what your stats are currently at and your level. The apple juice + pasrty fish will cover you for quite some time, though both can be somewhat expensive on the AH if you're looking for a lot of them, and depending on your server of course.
If you're looking to use a lot of food, all the time, I strongly suggest levelling your Culinarian and botanist up. Botanist will help you obtain the mats you need, and Culinarian will keep you supplied with endless noms for a fraction of the price you'd have to pay on wards (if not, completely free!)
From a cost-management standpoint, I would refrain from eating food if you're just bumming around in FATE; save meals for if you've got a difficult quest fight ahead or if you're mowing through a dungeon, this will help you save your gil quite a bit!
I hope my ramblings have helped in some way, have a wonderful day everyone!

Hi. Since this is posted in the Disciples of Hand sub-forum, I take it you want to boost stats and EXP for crafting?
If so, you might look at the fish dishes like Boiled Bream, Baked Sole, Tuna Miq'abob, Salt Cod Puffs, etc. These boost your Control stat which is good for getting more Quality out of your synth. More quality means a higher chance of HQ'ing and higher EXP gains.
Another type of food to consider would be the soups to boost CP... especially if your current CP means you are a few points short of being able to use one more skill in your rotation, the CP boost can give you the points to activate that needed skill. Stone Soup, Pea Soup, Cawl Cennin, Fish Soup.
Please disregard if you didn't mean to inquire about crafter related foods.
