    Why doesnt ps3 have keyboard hotbars?

    I am able to use my keyboard with ps3. So why cant I use the controller hotbar and have a keyboard hotbar on the side?

    Memory limitations. Understandable considering the thing has, what, 256MB? They've said that the PS4 will have support for this, though.
