BARD DPS Slow, Not Low

Why doesn't this community have actual intelligent responses? I'm not actually suggesting that they lower just BARD global cool down - I'm suggesting they lower it across the board. I am just providing perspective from BRD point of view -- this isn't a "Buff BARDs" thread.

Unless the forum goers here just happen to lack any real reading comprehension?

A real simple "I don't agree" or opposing view point would suffice instead of this garbage.

It may feel slow for you but you need to keep in mind that this game was also design for console/gamepad play as well, this is probably the primary reason.
This also has the effect of promoting a more slower pace and deliberate style of play compared to other MMOs - honestly having to press buttons at quicker intervals may feel better but does it really contribute to gameplay that much?

You have a lot of non-gcd skill. Try to play DRG and come back crying.
Bard is probably the less "slow" after monk among all classes.
