Wanderer's palace is designed to become obsolete after one run and gives less rewards as a result of being a tier down from AK.
Primals are designed to be ran once(ideally)
Coil of bahamut has a lockout.

It's sad but Ampador keep is the only end-game 4 man dungeon and the only thing worth repeating.

The only thing square enix got right with the end-game is the difficulty, there sure as hell isn't a lot of content.
Farming Garuda/Titan can be just as fast for mythology tomestones, minus that pesky wait time. Weapons/Furniture items are a bonus.
Wanderer's Palace is a good gil maker, and helps break the monotony.
Praetorium is the best place for philosophy tomestones.
Having a narrow-minded view of end-game is your issue, not SE's.
