Just because that's how it is currently working (being that it's a Monday and high traffic) doesn't mean it's acceptable and doesn't deserve a post like this. I agree it needs a change and soon.

Let us know when you manage to solve traffic jams with a simple server capacity upgrade. As much as I do have sympathy with companies who are tied to budgets and have the kind of overly demanding "want everything now" customers that MMOs have, I do think addressing this should be pretty high on the priority ladder given that this is a subscribed game which comes with the assumption of continual service. I think either a server capacity increase or new way to obtain the tokens people so want to farm would be quite necessary.
