    Fand die GMs in Ragnarok toll. Es wurde einem schnell geholfen und man hatte einen Avatar eines GMs mit dem man sich unterhielt.
    Leider ist guter Support teuer und daher wird daher eben nicht oft geboten.

    In WoW wurden Tickets idr. auch sehr schnell bearbeitet. Meist schon inerhalb 1-2h.

    Die besten GM's, sind die GM's die man nicht sieht und in das Spielgeschehen nur eingreifen, wenn es nötig ist.
    Tickets werden doch flott abgearbeitet? Die längste Wartezeit die wir hatten bei Accountverlusten/ Tecprobs waren mal 4 Stunden. Das ist doch okay?
