Cannot take Paladins Pledge Quest

For some reason the quest is still red even though i have a lvl 31 gladiator, and a lvl 16 Conjuror. Ive done the lvl 30 gladiator quest and the lvl 15 Conjuror quests.

Can find no help on what the problem is anywhere on-line, and square enix support has been about as helpful as a chocolate teapot.

Anyone have any ideas?

Are you going to the correct location? The NPC is in the Hall of Rule. I forget her name, it starts with a J, Janelyn or something like that, its a different chick than the blond in the gladiator room.

Ideas that may help. Some repeated from posters above.

One: Did you talk to the receptionist behind the Gladiator trainer? She sends you up stairs to Hustings Strip to talk to Jenlyn.

Two: Have you completed the level 30 Main Scenario Quest?

Three: Make sure you are on Glad.

I have completed the level 30 gladiator quest to save Aldis and also the level 30 main story line quest, and am speaking to the lalafaell behind the counter at the gladiators guild to try obtain the quest however its red and says in requirements you need a level 15 conjurer.

My Conjurer is level 16 and i have also done the lvl 15 main story quest and class quest with this character

And to answer some of the other suggestions, yes was definitely on my gladiator, and you talk to Janelyn after you recieve the quest "Paladins Pledge" from behind the reception at the gladiators guild but the quest is red.

Oddly enough:
Your Lodestone Page shows GLAD-32, Fisher-8, ALC-1, Miner-1. All other classes show no level at all. CNJ= 0 is on your page, which it should not be if you do indeed have a 15/16 CNJ. You appear to be missing classes you say you opened and leveled. Are there other ones on your Lodestone page not showing besides CNJ?
