It's not that much harder to heal a War over a Paladin, not in Titan HM, not in AK, no where up to coil is a warrior inferior to paladin.

Your healers might be inferior, to a degree that they could only keep up with low hp paladin, because they try to use wrong spells at the wrong time, but it's certainly not the tank.
Lustrate is equally effective with either a WAR or a PLD. The only thing that is nice for a Scholar healing a WAR is they are less likely to over-heal and make an inner beast irrelevant, because their shield will be put to good use.
