    FATEs need to last longer --- Feedback

    Due to so many people participating in FATE's i find it almost pointless actually trying to run to one due to the fact that as soon as i get there, its over.

    FATE's should scale or last longer depending on how many people are in the zone or something, just so players actually get a chance to partake.

    I can see that this is in place already but i think it needs scaling up alot!

    I agree, though just tossing in more mobs would be a bad idea in prolonging it by now. They're already so powerful in leveling up that if that happens they should also reduce specific xp/mob rewards. The most fun way to do this would be like adding additional objectives / enemy officers popping in if the participant count gets too high though.

    To increase the length of FATEs, they really just need to increase the overall health of the mobs in relation to how many people are there OR reduce the damage every member contributes based on how many people are there.

    It would also help to reduce the contribution needed per mob to get gold, for tank and healer classes who don't do a lot of damage, OR to base it on the number of hits you get and not your overall damage.

    I wish they would add a progress bar to fates on the map, so when we hover our cursor over them, we can see how far into progress it's in, along with how much time is left as usual.

    Hate getting there just to get "fate joined!" "fate complete!" wat? -~-;

    I highly agree, and posted a similar thread a couple weeks ago here:

    I enjoy FATEs and think they're a fantastic idea... I just don't like how most iterations of current FATEs promote bad playstyle with skills spams, zerg tactics, etc. It would be incredible if they could still teach players fundamental skills that would help them in dungeons and raids, such as situational awareness and enmity management.
