Why do you have to dismiss your minion/companion when you queue for DF? Can't they just be automatically unsummoned when you enter a dungeon?

Because that would take some level of intelligence to work out
But been fair to SE its probably quite hard to code it, unless they made your companion/minion into some sort of sub group so it wouldn't affect you when using the DF? but again im not a coder, best thing to do is to submit a suggestion to them and hopefully they will listen to something![]()
the trouble here is simple, the companion are counted like a party member, surely because it was simplier to do it like thie because of the pet.
we can see a couple of trouble born of this.
1) the pet of the other don't appear in the team box, making quite hard to heal them.
2) the companion can't be called when the party is full even if they are less powerfull than any class.
3) you can't tag for the DF
for make it possible they need to make new subgroup like they have done it with the pet.
- 1 for the companion
- 1 for the minion
- 1 for the pet.
they need too, to change the interfact for allows the pet of the other to appear in the team. or at least allows an auto selection when you press two time the function of the master
by example, the arcanist is the F3 for you, if you repress F3 the pet is selected.
about the companion and the dutyfinder, they need to make that the companion is not counted as a party member and must be send back before you can enter, a bit like when we are not in the class/jobs we have sign in.
