PROPOSITION: Allow all dungeons and FATES to give out AoM & AoP

Why would I not do low level dungeons for a few ToP or ToM. Repair fee, too little rewards, too much trash.

Well the devs could make a feasible increase in gil rewards for lower lvl dungeons
