PROPOSITION: Allow all dungeons and FATES to give out AoM & AoP

I think all Fates and dungeons should give out small amounts of AoM and AoP to all level 50s participating in them, Fates should give roughly 3 AoM 1 AoP, Fates Bosses: 5 AoM 2 AoP and all below level 50 dungeons: 25 AoM and 10 AoM that way AK won't be so congested and lvl 50s will have an incentive to join FATES and lower level dungeons

Well the devs could make a feasible increase in gil rewards for lower lvl dungeons
