Yes, every time I play from a different location, the game tells me my password has to be reset because of suspicious circumstances.
So, yes, it's there.

back in the beta, i had to change my password several times because i play in 3 different PC and laptop
so each time you play on a different IP, the game will ask you to change your password for safety
