Thank you to let me know.but where should I make it. I can only find the way to contact SE by Email once and now that feature has gone.
Try calling them, it works...sometimes....
Okies, I haven't had to contact support as of yet but after doing a search I found these links:

Unfortunately I couldn't find the call centre for the EU though.

Ugh, don't phone them. You're trying to get a solution to a problem, but the phone numbers will either send you to their customer service department (which, handles refunds/returns, or account activation/deactivation/i-lost-my-hardware-authenticator) or you'll get someone who doesn't know anything about the game. You think they have insufficient people attending the forums, they likely have even less attending the phones, or they're the very same people.
Take a look at the 6000+ threads on the NA side, and then look at the ... 8 or so threads on the Japanese side. This is really unchanged behavior from V1.0, where SE doesn't listen to feedback from the English players and then wonders why nobody wants to spend money on it.

Just to give you a heads up. They will cancel your ticket soon saying that they cannot answer your inquiry and tell you contact them via phone/live chat.
So basically, find your own solution or live with the problem.
I've had my ticket cancelled continuously since early access. And my issue has yet been solved.
