Steps:
Around 9:30pm pst tonight i was deleting my old leve quests from my log and accidentally deleted my A relic reborn quest. I was at the point jsut before you battle hydra and still have my unfinished veil of wiyu in my inventory, however when i try to take the quest again it starts at the very beginning of the quest line.

I also know this from personal experience, because I abandoned the relic quest by mistake while on Garuda Hard. (Trying to leave duty, but clicked abandon quest instead. Stupid I know) So I had to restart the whole thing all over again, even on the same job.

Other sites like Reddit and fan sites also have people that were in the same situation, GMs didn't resolve it. Hope they might 'fix' it though, and I wish you luck in getting it resolved.

Agreed. Abandoning the quest is not the same problem other people have been having where the quest itself just becomes non-responsive and resets on it's own
