Golden Rat

Didnt realise the little guy was tough enough to tank a lowbie dungeon AND hold threat on anything he attacked. Against 2 damage dealers going all out.

Joined a dungeon group mid way through, so after running to the 2 others in the dungeon (healer and DPS) i promptly summoned my green rat as he was a damage dealer.

Then the DPS promptly pulled. And kept pulling, taking heaps of damage giving the healer a hard time keeping him up. A few pulls later i considered if my golden rat would be capable of tanking for us... so i gave it a try.

30 minutes later, we finished the dungeon with all 3 of us intact and one winner of a golden rat. The little guy performed a lot better than i thought he was capable of.

Though it did give me a good laugh... the tiny little golden rat, holding threat on 3-4 trash at a time and then later on, 2 bosses. LOL!

Why is it mean? He was doing what he is meant to do, tank. He was just tanking tougher mobs than he normally does.

I think topaz is amazing if no one in group care to sleep adds. If you see mage doing sleep and it's better not let it do his aoe stuff.
